Our next meeting is scheduled for March 20, at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, FL. We will begin with a luncheon at noon (12pm) with AEMP's Board of Directors and other committees. It is very important that you attend this luncheon, as there are some significant changes happening with AEMP's leadership.

When reviewing the committee materials keep the following things in mind:

We will be selecting the complete/final line-up of sessions and 3 or 4 alternates for our 2018 EquipmentSHIFT conference from a list of 32 proposed submissions. Each committee member will be asked to rate each proposed session according to the criteria listed in the session evaluation (pages 2-3 of the materials packet). These ratings will be averaged and each session given a final score. Top-rated sessions will then be given further evaluation and committee feedback prepared for the presenters to tailor each session and the overall program to best fit our 2018 theme: "EquipmentSHIFT from Data Overload to Business Overdrive."
